Patient presented to discuss breast augmentation and axillary liposuction after completing childbearing. She reported postpartum breast volume loss with deflation and bra gapping, and desired increased fullness while maintaining proportions appropriate for her frame. She was satisfied with her current weight and also expressed concern regarding axillary fatty excess. We achieved this look with 355cc Motiva Implants and a subfascial approach.
