Paul Kraft, CLT, LSO is an Ablative Laser Specialist at Plastic Surgery Center of Dallas by Rachel Walker, MD. Before his long career in the plastic surgery realm, Paul started with lasers in medical dermatology. Paul was an early pioneer in creating multi laser and energy based technology protocols where he can help his patients achieve maximum results with minimal downtime, often in one treatment. Plastic Surgery Center of Dallas has a dazzling array of medical/aesthetic lasers and other energy based devices. Truly the latest and best devices in many categories.
Katelyn Gross,
Nurse Injector
Katelyn, BSN, RN is a professional nurse injector that specializes in full facial balancing with extensive training in injectables. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing at Stephen F Austin State University, as well as her certifications in injectables at the Texas Laser Institute. She finds joy in making her patients feel comfortable in their own skin. Katelyn is one of the only Injectors in Dallas to perform non-surgical BBL's and treat cellulite using Radiesse or Sculptra. She believes in combining injectables with lasers, skincare, and surgical intervention if applicable. When she’s not working, she loves to exercise and play with her dog, Winston!
Lara Thornton,
Laser Technician
Lara has been in the beauty and aesthetic industry going on 10 years and with Dr. Walker since day one. She’s grown her skill set and expertise while studying under the renowned Paul Kraft. Lara offers a variety of laser treatments including laser hair removal, laser scar revision, laser maintenance, and Halo fusion, while continuing her education to provide the best possible results for our patients. When Lara is not at work, you’ll find her with her two beautiful children; Bella and Barry.
Nyaz Teymouri,
Medical Esthetician, Laser Professional
Nyaz is a California native who turned Texan when she moved here in 2012. In 2018, she pursued her dream by graduating from Salon Boutique Academy and becoming a licensed aesthetician. Dedicated to elevating skin health and fostering transformative results, Nyaz is fueled by a passion for the art of skincare and building lasting client relationships. When not at the spa, catch her breaking a sweat at the gym, enjoying live music at concerts, cheering on teams at football and basketball games, and creating cherished memories with her beloved pup, Pawny.

Gissel Marrero, CST
Gissel Is Dr. Walkers right hand in the OR and First Assist. Her attention to detail and dedication to patients makes her a wonderful fit to our team. She has been with Dr. Walker for 2 years and knows her every move before she makes it. In her free time, she loves to go to concerts and festivals, as well as hang out with her kittens Oreo and Onyx.
Sarah Gillen,
Surgical Nurse Coordinator
Sarah, BSN, RN, is the Surgical Nurse Coordinator who works alongside Dr. Walker. You will find her at your Pre-Op and Post Op appointment. She earned her Bachelor’s degree of Science in Nursing at East Texas Baptist University. Her years of experience in nursing have helped her to grow a passion for helping patients to feel confident, healthy, and beautiful in their own skin. She walks hand in hand with patients on their journeys here to help give them an exciting and positive experience. When Sarah is not at work, she spends time with her family and her sweet puppies, Penny and Onyx.

Madison Freeman,
Practice Manager
Madison is an experienced and driven force in the aesthetic industry. She takes pride in providing the most knowledgeable and best experience for the patients at the Plastic Surgery Center of Dallas. Her primary focus is the care, satisfaction, and safety of every patient who walks through the doors. She graduated from Texas A&M- Commerce with a degree in Business Administration and is currently working towards obtaining her MBA. She has already been recognized for her hard work and dedication by moving into the management position here at the Plastic Surgery Center of Dallas. Along with her love and passion for the aesthetics industry, she loves to spend time with her family and friends, and her beloved dog Dallas.
Savannah Thomas,
Patient Coordinator
Savannah is from Arkansas and graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science from The University of Central Arkansas. She has been in the medical field for 6 years and loves every minute! She specifically has been drawn to the aesthetic industry and loves seeing people feel and look their best. In her down time she loves being with her friends and enjoying the outdoors. If the sun is shining Savannah will be outside basking in the rays (with sunscreen on, of course!).
McKenna Castor,
Marketing Coordinator
McKenna is a graduate of University of Texas at Arlington with her Bachelors in Marketing. She has always loved the aesthetic industry for its ability to change lives and make people feel better in their own skin. Her experience in the industry and her ability to connect with patients on a personal level makes the process for anyone new to the practice easier. When McKenna is not at work, she enjoys being with family and friends, as well as taking her dog Obi Wan on the Katy Trail.
Jasmine Lavigne,
Front Office Coordinator
Jasmine was born and raised in South Florida and moved to Dallas in 2021. Jasmine has worked in customer experience and management for over 10 years. She has a passion for helping people and providing world class customer care, leaving a memorable impression on her customers. Jasmine has always loved aesthetics and is so excited to join our team! Jasmine will be the first smile you see when you walk in our doors! When she’s not here, she can be found at a fitness class, travelling to Florida to see her family, or hanging out with her husband and their pets Indy, Raiden, and Whiskey!
Jamiah Small,
Laser Front Office Coordinator
Jamiah is a Colorado native who attended school in a small town as a science major. After spending many years in property management, she finally made a transition into the medical field. Although she is new to the industry, she is very eager to learn and grow. She loves taking care of people and providing them with excellent customer service. When Jamiah is not working you can catch her taking on a new mountain with her Australian Shepherd or spending time with her friends and family.

When Lisa first moved to Texas 12 years ago, she wanted to focus on her own skin. She never thought she would fall in love with her results as much as she did! So, she decided to change her career path and become a Professional Laser Technician. Her passion for this industry goes beyond the technical aspects; it's about empowering her patients to embrace their beauty and confidence.
Every day, for the last 6 years, she has had the privilege of helping patients look and feel their best. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing their smiles, newfound confidence and their love for aging gracefully. When she is not in the clinic, you can find her spending time with her family, visiting her beautiful grandchildren and traveling with her husband!
