Katelyn Gross

Nurse Injector

Katelyn, BSN, RN, is a professional nurse injector who specializes in full facial balancing, non-surgical bbls and has extensive training in injectables. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Stephen F. Austin State University and completed her injectable certifications at the Texas Laser Institute.

Katelyn specializes in AlloClae treatments and is DFW’s number one AlloClae provider. She uses AlloClae to perform non-surgical BBLs, helping patients enhance their curves without surgery. She also offers advanced cellulite treatments using Avéli, Radiesse, and Sculptra, creating personalized treatment plans to address dimpling and improve body contours.

Katelyn believes in a comprehensive approach to aesthetics, combining injectables with lasers, skincare, and surgical intervention when appropriate to achieve natural, balanced results. Above all, she finds joy in helping her patients feel comfortable and confident in their own skin. When she’s not working, Katelyn enjoys exercising and spending time with her dog, Winston!

Lara Thornton

Laser Technician

Lara has been in the beauty and aesthetic industry going on 10 years and with Dr. Walker since day one. Lara offers a variety of laser treatments including laser hair removal, laser scar revision, laser maintenance,Halo fusion, and CO2 resurfacing in the OR with Dr. Walker. When Lara is not at work, you’ll find her with her two beautiful children; Bella and Barry.

Nyaz Teymouri

Medical Esthetician, Laser Professional

Nyaz is a California native who became a Texan after moving to Dallas in 2012. In 2018, she followed her passion for skincare by graduating from Salon Boutique Academy and becoming a licensed aesthetician. She continued to expand her expertise into medical aesthetics and advanced laser treatments, with a focus on skin rejuvenation, laser resurfacing, and personalized treatment plans.

Dedicated to enhancing skin health and helping clients feel confident in their skin, Nyaz combines her passion for aesthetics with a commitment to delivering thoughtful, results-driven care and building lasting relationships with her patients.

Outside the office, Nyaz enjoys working out, attending live music and concerts, traveling, cheering on her favorite football and basketball teams, and making memories with her beloved pup, Pawny.

Sarah Stanford

Clinical Nurse

Sarah, BSN, RN, is the Clinical Nurse who works alongside Dr. Walker. You will find her at your Pre-Op and Post-Op appointment. She earned her Bachelor’s degree of Science in Nursing at East Texas Baptist University. Her years of experience in nursing have helped her to grow a passion for helping patients to feel confident, healthy, and beautiful in their own skin. She walks hand in hand with patients on their journeys here to help give them an exciting and positive experience. When Sarah is not at work, she spends time with her family and her sweet weiner dog, Remy.

Calli Zmolek

Circulating Scrub Nurse

Calli, RN is the surgical nurse who works in the operating room with Dr. Walker. She has been a nurse for 12 years, 10 of which have been in Plastic Surgery. She has a passion for helping patients feel beautiful in their own skin. She loves spending her spare time with her two boys, her 2 dogs, and watching the cowboys.

Jamiah

Medical Assistant

Jamiah is a medical assistant at the Plastic Surgery Center of Dallas, where she supports patients through every step of their surgical journey. Jamiah helps prepare patients for their procedures, assists the surgical team, and guides patients through pre- and post-op care, so they feel informed, comfortable, and cared for from consultation through recovery. She finds joy in easing patients’ nerves and celebrating their results. When she’s not at the center, she loves hanging out with her daughter.

Jen

Certified Surgical First Assist

Jen is the surgical Certified Surgical First Assist at the Plastic Surgery Center of Dallas. She works directly alongside Dr. Walker in the operating room, helping with exposure, suturing, and the many details that keep each procedure safe and efficient. Her careful attention to detail and calm presence help patients feel confident knowing they’re in skilled hands from the moment they go into surgery. She is committed to supporting each patient’s safety and comfort through every stage of their surgical journey. When she’s not in the OR, she loves hanging with her family and racing.

Savannah Thomas

Lead Patient Coordinator

With 10 years of experience in the medical field, including nearly five years at the Plastic Surgery Center of Dallas, I have developed a true passion for aesthetics and the transformative experience of plastic surgery. As Dr. Walker’s Patient Coordinator, I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of an industry that allows me to connect with patients and help them feel confident in their own skin.

I believe the aesthetic journey is about so much more than the end result. It is about feeling heard, understood, and supported every step of the way. I take great pride in helping patients begin their journey, guiding them through the initial process, and ensuring they feel comfortable and excited about the possibilities ahead. Being part of such a personal and meaningful experience is one of the most fulfilling aspects of what I do.

Outside of the office, I love traveling, making memories with my family and friends, and spending time with my sweet mini Goldendoodle, Stormi, who keeps life extra special.

I look forward to welcoming each patient and helping make their aesthetic journey a truly positive and memorable experience.

Amanda Artz

Patient Coordinator

Amanda is one of the surgical patient coordinators at the Plastic Surgery Center of Dallas, and she keeps every detail of a patient’s surgical journey organized and on track. She manages surgery charts, collects and reviews pre-operative lab results, and coordinates paperwork, clearances, and scheduling, so patients arrive prepared and confident. From the first consultation through post-op follow-up, she is the go-to person for patients’ questions and the link between patients and the surgical team. Her attention to detail and caring approach help patients feel informed and supported at every step. When she’s not at the center, she loves hanging with family and friends, as well as her dog, Blue.

Izzy

Patient Services Coordinator

Izzy is a Back Office Coordinator who is passionate about creating a seamless, welcoming patient experience and helping the practice run efficiently through organization, communication, and attention to detail. She enjoys finding ways to improve processes, support her team, and ensure patients feel cared for throughout their journey. Outside of work, Izzy enjoys fitness, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and hanging out with her dog, Penny!

Mackenzie

Front Office Coordinator

Mackenzie is front desk at the Plastic Surgery Center of Dallas, and she is often the first friendly face and voice patients meet. She helps with scheduling consultations and appointments, answers questions about our services and procedures, and makes sure each patient feels welcomed and comfortable from the moment they reach out. When she’s not at the front desk, she loves hanging out with friends and family!

Maddie

Practice Manager

As Practice Manager, Maddie helps ensure that every patient has a welcoming, comfortable, and positive experience at Plastic Surgery Center of Dallas. She works closely with our providers and staff to keep the practice running smoothly, assist with patient needs, and maintain the exceptional level of care our patients deserve.

McKenna

Marketing and Brand Manager

McKenna is the Marketing and Brand Manager at Plastic Surgery Center of Dallas, where she leads brand strategy, sales marketing, and creative initiatives that bring the practice’s vision and patient experience to life. She is passionate about building a cohesive, elevated brand that reflects the practice’s commitment to personalized care and natural, balanced results. Through thoughtful storytelling and strategic marketing, McKenna works to connect patients with the practice and create a welcoming, engaging experience at every touchpoint. She has been with Dr. Walker for 4 years and enjoys bringing her vision to life. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her husband and spending time in the mountains.

Lili

Social Media Coordinator

Originally from Frisco, Texas, Lili graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2025 with a degree in Advertising and Public Relations. Lili handles content creation for Dr. Walker's social media account. She has a passion for creativity, fashion, design, and discovering new culinary experiences. In her free time, Lili enjoys cooking, spending time with friends, listening to music, and planning her next adventure. She loves creating floral arrangements, and her favorite artist is Tame Impala. She also enjoys Pilates, watercolor painting, exploring new restaurants, and shopping at her favorite brand, Reformation.
