This patient, a mother of two who has completed childbearing, presented with concerns regarding increased breast volume and ptosis following pregnancy. Pre-pregnancy, she reported a C to D cup size. Postpartum, she experienced breast hypertrophy and sagging, wearing a DD at the time of consultation.
She elected to undergo bilateral breast reduction to address symptomatic macromastia and ptosis, with a goal of achieving improved breast shape, lift, and proportion. Her desired postoperative size was a full C cup to better align with her frame and aesthetic goals. 290 grams removed from the right breast. 356 from the left breast.
