Case Details
Patient presented for a consultation regarding breast lift with reduction. She reported long-standing macromastia with post-pregnancy ptosis with major weight loss. Came in with a D–DD cup, and desired reduction to a B–C cup. She is weight stable while microdosing tirzepatide. Right breast had 286 grams removed. Left Breast had 350 grams removed.
