Breast Reduction

Case Details

Patient desired a significant size reduction from a DDD to a B or smaller due to breast size being disproportionate to her frame. She reported breast asymmetry, with the left breast larger than the right. She is active, weight stable, and sought improved comfort, balance, and proportionality. Removed 146 g from the right breast and 158 g from the left breast.
