Sculptra™ - Sculptra™ has been approved by the FDA for use in the United States following several years of use in other countries under the name NewFill. The current FDA approval is for restoration of facial fat loss (lipoatrophy) in patients with human immunodeficiency virus, however, the off label use for cosmetic purposes is rapidly growing in popularity. Everyone is different.  As with so much of plastic surgery, your starting anatomy defines your range of opportunity.  For example a really large nose has too much skin to be made into a tiny nose without risking deformity.  (Most people can think of at least one celebrity example of this!)  We spend a great deal of time teaching and establishing realistic expectations to be sure our patients will be happy with their rhinoplasty.

Microdermabrasion - Microdermabrasion is a safe, non-surgical procedure for skin conditioning and rejuvenation that helps repair skin problems such as acne, fine lines, and sun damage. Microdermabrasion uses a device similar to a small “sandblaster” to accelerate tiny, medical grade crystals across the face, mixing gentle abrasion with suction to remove the dead, outer layers of skin. This process not only cleans clogged pores but has also been shown by microscopy studies to stimulate new collagen production, which thickens and tightens the dermis and reverses some of the tissue effects of aging.

Liposelection - Liposuction removes troublesome, diet-resistant collections of fat to reshape your body. Individuals can exercise and reduce body fat yet still find themselves with the same stubborn bulges. Liposuction can permanently re-contour annoying areas of localized fat. A re-contoured body can still gain weight but usually not in the disproportionate bulges, since those cells have been permanently removed, making liposuction one of the most popular cosmetic surgeries available. The results can be remarkable, even though your total weight may only change a little.

Liposuction For Men - The fat is pretreated and softened with a “wetting solution” which facilitates the removal of unwanted fat. We use the “superwet” technique. This is safer and more predictable than “tumescent liposuction” which had some problems with safety from volume overload. We do not perform extremely high volume liposuction since these are the cases which more often result in poor results and excessive risk.

Ear Reshaping For Men - Otoplasty is a form of ear surgery performed to set disproportionately large or prominent ears into a more natural position.  The objective of otoplasty is more natural and better-positioned ears.  Since incisions are made in the back of the ears, the scars tend to be concealed in the creases.

Ear Reshaping Dallas Tx - There are several possible surgical approaches to otoplasty.  Using a commonly employed technique, the surgeon makes incisions in the back of the ear and elevates the skin to expose the ear cartilage. Computer Imaging - Sometimes it's difficult to imagine the changes possible with cosmetic surgery Today, we can demonstrate the possibilities with computer imaging. Computer imaging allows us to capture your image and make changes, visually demonstrating the possible outcomes of cosmetic surgery. Imaging works best for facial procedures such as eyelids, facelift, nose reshaping and chin enhancement. We can also conservatively demonstrate the results we aim for in liposuction. We are very conservative with computer imaging and try to demonstrate reasonable and realistic results, however we must emphasize that imaging is just an approximation.

A tired or stern look may be seen even when you're in a good mood.  Blepharoplasty can improve this by simple skin removal, but a browlift may be a better solution in many cases.

Male Breast Reduction - Although this oddly named condition is rarely talked about, it's actually quite common.  Gynecomastia affects an estimated 40 to 60 percent of men.  It may affect only one breast or both.  Though certain drugs and medical problems have been linked with male breast overdevelopment, there is no known cause in the vast majority of cases.

Breast Reduction - The surgical incisions are identical to a breast lift, however, with a reduction, a significant amount of breast tissue is removed in addition to the skin. This procedure almost never requires removal of the nipple, just repositioning, and in most cases sensation and function remain intact.

Breast Lift or Mastopexy - A breast lift or mastopexy may be an option when breast augmentation cannot be performed due to excessive looseness of the skin. This is particularly common following pregnancy with breast-feeding and following weight loss. Implants alone can improve loose skin if the nipple is at or above the underlying breast fold. If the nipple sags or hangs below the breast fold, placing an implant usually will not adequately raise the nipple, creating an unfavorable outcome with the breast still hanging off the implant. In these cases the skin must be tightened and the breast reshaped to allow augmentation. There are three common forms of breast lift. In borderline cases, the nipple can be shifted upwards just enough to allow augmentation using a “crescent lift”, which just removes a little wedge of skin and allows repositioning of the nipple and areola only.
